Jamaica’s reggae sensation Buju Banton is set to perform at KICC Nairobi, Kenya on 8th February in what has been dubbed the biggest reggae concert in Africa, #NRGWAVE Legends Edition.

The conscious reggae artist currently on his Long Walk To Freedom Tour was to perform in Mombasa on New Year’s Eve before his performance was postponed to 8th February. Buju through a short video dedicated to his Kenyan and other African fans has confirmed his attendance.

If comments on social media platforms are anything to go by, Kenyan fans are really hyped up for the event. By the time of going to press, tickets of the golden circle category had already been sold out.

The concert will also see reggae lovers entertained to reggae music from the finest reggae DJ’s in the country like Mc Teargas, Kriss Darlin, DJ Moh and Jahmby Koikai.
