In order to use this service, the business owner will dial*334#, select Pochi la Biashara to opt-in. This way, they can access their income under Pochi la Biashara. The customer making payments for the product or service will dial *334#, from their m-pesa line: select Pochi la Biashara, enter mobile number and proceed to pay. Withdrawal and sending money charges will apply but the rates are similar to those of normal transaction chargers.

This service is beneficial to business owners since the money once sent cannot be reversed without approval of the business owner. There is also no paperwork involved and there is no display of m-pesa messages, therefore, and protection of customer and business owner information is upheld
